100% complete save files for new game, pure survival and hardcore modes. Classic mode is 97.1% as 100% completion is not possible.

For each save file, all weapon parts, circuits, audio/text logs, blueprints, artifacts and co-op missions have been complete.
*Since it is impossible to collect audio/text logs located in co-op exclusive areas in classic mode, the highest completion possible is 97.1%, which has been achieved.
All DLC weapons are included using MK-V parts, as well as the limited edition pre-order and Slim Jim weapons.
I have also taken the liberty of personally modding in the Devil Horns, the demo pulse rifle and an OP modded weapon into each save (except classic, obviously).
