Not asking you specifcally to do it, but would there be any way to change the glow of the visor? archeologist suit would look dope with a red or orange visor

Hello! I recently made this comment on my RIG Colors mod regarding visor colors:

Unfortunately, several of the textures used in the visor color are also used/re-used in many other places in the game: on stars/planet/sun/debris in space, room lighting in the ships, bench screen background, etc. This is why I have not uploaded a Visor Colors mod.

While some of the visor textures can be changed 'safely' to other colors, several of them cannot without also changing all of those other lighting effects in the game to that color. It really destroys the game atmosphere to mess with the game lighting textures in that way.

If I limit the visor color mod to only altering those that can be 'safely' altered and which are only used in the visor, it isn't sufficient and results in the visor color being a mix of aqua from the unaltered textures and the custom color used on the altered ones. This result looks horrible as can be seen in screenshots on some other DS3 suit mods that also alter the visor color in addition to the suits.

This same issue is also present in Dead Space 2 of a few of the visor textures also being used elsewhere in the game. However, it is only one or two of the several textures used in the visor that are also used elsewhere instead of quite a few of the visor textures as it is in Dead Space 3. In DS2, altering only the visor textures that can be 'safely' altered isn't perfect, but it is sufficient to change the visor colors without looking horrible. In DS3 it does look horrible as even fewer textures can be 'safely' altered to being other colors.

So a visor color mod can be made, but either it is only done halfway to only alter a few textures that aren't used elsewhere in the game and looks horrible, or it is done fully and alters more textures and many lights used throughout the game also become altered.

Maybe a halfway-done re-color of visors could be acceptible to some where they don't mind a lot of aqua color mixed in with the selected visor re-coloring, but I thought it looked bad enough that it wasn't worth creating.
