About this mod
Just a few Reshade presets that make the original Dead Space look like a VHS horror movie from the 80's.
Inspired by Bodycam.

Some of the images look distorted, but it's an active effect produced by one of the filters. It doesn't distort the screen constantly, but between lapses. If you don't like it you can turn it off. Its name is VHSDistort
Steps:
1. Copy the .ini file to the game location (eg: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Dead Space).
2. Download Reshade from https://reshade.me/ and run it. Select the Dead Space.exe file. Then select the preset you copied to the Dead Space folder and let the program download everything.
3. Run Dead Space. Press Home. Go to the settings tab and assign a key to turn on/off Reshade.
4. Survive the USG Ishimura
You can customize the preset for your own taste.
