Might have to check your reshade.ini file for the windowed issue. I personally play fullscreen so I'm not sure. To disable shader effects you have to open your Reshade menu. By default it should be your "home" key. Once that is opened there is a list of shaders with checkmark boxes. Uncheck the shader "HBAO".
