Game saves with all characters at the end of the tutorial no challenges or quests have been completed apart from the tutorial
Installation: Unpack with winrar or 7zip and put DeadIsland2SaveGame.sav in your save folder
EPIC: (%LOCALAPPDATA%/DeadIsland/Saved/SaveGames)
STEAM: (%LOCALAPPDATA%/DeadIslandSteam/Saved/SaveGames)

for steam put steam in offline mode, delete everything inside the (%LOCALAPPDATA%/DeadIslandSteam/Saved/SaveGames) folder, then put the one you downloaded in it, then launch the game while steam is offline play and bit until it saves (changing zone should work), then quit the game put steam back in online mod and finally steam will ask you if you want to keep the save that's on your computer or use the cloud one and you NEED to choose the one on your computer.
