This mod should allow you to carry 999 Reserve Ammo and Consumables. also probably throwables.
Note 1: You are required to start a New Game for it to take effect properly. Otherwise it won't. I have not tested if this would work with New Game+
Note 2: Also probably best to avoid purchasing/learning the skills that allows you to carry 2x reserve ammo and 2x consumables/throwables
Note 3: Ammo picked up will also scale with the max reserves. In Vanilla you get like 4~60 depending on the ammo type. I think it's 1/3 of your max ammo reserves.

Install Pak at [Create Paks folder if you do not have it]:
%LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks
