Only the challenges. It doesn't modify or interfere with the base game. Plus, gold score is permanent, so you can remove the mod after getting gold in all challenges.
Hey! Thanks for the mod! I manage to get a Gold award on Keep Them Safe challenge, which in vanilla, I could only get Silver, no matter how many times I've tried to make it Gold. But this helps me a lot.
From someone who has played through the story close to a dozen times and has multiple completions on Hard II and Survival II, thank you for this mod! The challenges were ridiculously harder than base game and the goals felt unreachable. I appreciate you!

If this is the only mod you have installed, rename the sfpakss folder back to the original name (sfpaks).
