    Can confirmed not working, tested on water surface there is no difference before and after the mod. Also compared to the shotgun 10x range mod, the projectiles could never reach as far.

    Late to the table but it seems that the file structure is wrong . Skipped the (projectile weapons) folder . Found that sometimes missing folders still work in a pak format but don't know why.

      Okay, I figured out why your pistol, rifle, assault rifle, and smg versions of this mod do not work. When opening up the default game files myself, I discovered there isn't an entry for MaxWeaponRange like there is for shotguns. This explains why your shotgun mod works just fine, and outranges all the other weapons. For those interested in testing this, find a body of water. Fire a few rounds with the shotgun at distance and you will notice the water splashing, even at extended ranges. Do this with any other weapon regardless of the extended range mods, and you will not get the same effect. Alternatively you could of course try to hit an enemy outside the normal weapon ranges, but I found the water testing works best. I have been looking through all of the weapon files, and so far have been unsuccessful at finding where the MaxWeaponRange might be located for other weapons, unfortunately, someone more experienced than I will need to tackle this issue. :/

      Interesting.. Where are the files with the values like you show in the screenshots? I know how to do it with F04 but couldn't find it with DG.
      Can you add a cell= MaxWeaponRange?

      I know it's late but I also agree. This mod doesn't work except with shotguns. Simply because there is not a max range value we can edit.

    Why are you always changing values to such a huge degree? It's always 10 times or something like that. Why not try to rebalance the game so it's more fun but still somewhat sensible? Why would anyone want to use assault rifles or shotguns as sniper rifles and hit people from ridiculous distances?

      You have to realize that modders don't make mods on demand, maybe some of them, but not all of them, it's their hobby, fun. I would also like some balance in the game, but if someone unknown releases a mod, it's his decision and no one has to download it. You have to realize this. Modders are ordinary people, not employees of some company you pay for.
      Due to this attitude of Nexus users, I have seen many great modders leave the scene over the years who have deleted their mods from the Internet.

      I've always found it strange when other modders delete their hard work just because people are impolite, beg or are otherwise rude/entitled. People are assholes in general but as a modder myself, I wouldn't be so spiteful and childish as to delete my work and disappear just because of other people being dicks lol.

      To be honest, assault rifles are actually pretty accurate, so these distances are not that ridiculous.
      Also, Deacon used to be in the military, so he should be efficient with them and know how to shoot.

      Lol balance? Most rifles have an accurate effective range of 500-800 meters. Considering the distance the bullets "disappear" increasing by 10 times actually makes more sense. The only way to balance it is to add windage and drop, something the modder cannot do.

    How can we just cut 15.6GB sized folder from game to install  mostly less than 10KB mods???? i'm seriously confused here....

    Hows max range for guns work ingame? Damage fall off or just 0 dmg when beyond limit? 
    Also is it possible to make all hordes in campaign 300? :D wud be cool -__-

    Maybe a portfolio is left out from the achievement route.(All in one version)
