For people who encounter stutters during cinematics I have a fix. This probably only happens when full screen mode is enabled. To fix this, set the window to borderless mode. Or go to Days Gone executable (Days Gone\BendGame\Binaries\Win64\DaysGone.exe), right click it => properties => Compatibility tab => mark Disable full-screen optimizations => OK.
