About this mod
This mod removes the crosshair for all over the shoulder weapons in game, for more realism. It also removes hit markers. I have also added a small adjustment to the sniper scope, adding a red dot to the center.

Is this mod compatible with the REMASTERED version of the game?
As of now, it is not. I'm not sure if I will find the time to completely redo all the complex changes. You CAN still play with the legacy version of Days Gone on steam. Here's how you can use steam to set this version of the game up to use my mods:
- Open your browser and paste the link or the Run command:
- steam://open/console
- steam://open/console
- Then in the Steam console type:
- download_depot 1259420 1259421 2120063653185364239
- download_depot 1259420 1259421 2120063653185364239
- This will download the old days gone version to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_1259420
- it wont appear in the downloads so there is no indication it's downloading, but you can see your network usage in task manager to know it is being downloaded.
- When it's done, copy the Engine and Bendgame and folders from there to your Days Gone steam folder in steamapps\common\Days Gone
- Finally, find the file appmanifest file in steamapps\appmanifest_1259420.acf
- right click it and make it read only, this stops Steam updating it again.
