I would like to clarify a few things. Norman in the images looks shiny due to the fact he was out in the rain. His face will get bloody, wet, dirty etc. just like Deacon does as you play the game. I will look into fixing the various errors of different deacons through out the game. The developers for some reason made 3 Deacons as you progress throughout the game. These three Deacons are all different on how they're set up, If I miss one that's due to the fact I'm not at that part of the game to debug. Young Deacon and Main Deacon are easy to debug since they're at the start of the game.
Note: Modding this game is very strict at what you can do so there's bound to be some mistakes. Like his hair looking off, I had to cut corners as I can't make it proper due to the game only wanting it's own files not custom files. What this means is that I have to copy/replace the same file with the same name and build just to make the game not crash. It's a shame how limited modding this game is.
I will do mod updates for Norman & HUNK but at the moment I just want to release a tutorial so more modders can have the freedom to make character mods.

Could you please when you have the time to fix your fist mod on HUNK? it doe's bug out after reaching iron mikes camp and the only way to temp fix it is by using the debug cheat mod but even then it resets it after every cutscene after the camp. I know you don't have to be it is desperately needed and i'd be deeply thankful if it was fixed
