huh you mean you have the material but the achievements aren't popping? putting the weapons in the item box and getting them out might do the trick have ya gotten them to max level? thats a step a few people forget you *should* have everything you need to get every achievement
dont know if you figured it out already but first you have to locate your dark souls remastered save data (thats all over the internet shouldnt take ya long to find) then take that out and put it somewhere save just in case this save data transfer doesnt work out, like your desktop for example then just extract my save file using winrar (could use something else probably but thats what i used) and put it where your old save used to be and boot up the game make sure when you get to the main menu to put the game in offline mode because apparently its possible that the game will force online mode on and select the high level character and go nuts that should do it.
the save file doesnt launch with online the game does that by default every time you boot it up (or it tries to anyway), YOU have to disable the online on the title screen before you load a character even then i dont think thats possible considering dark souls 1 servers are still down right now
i sadly can't do it for 2 as i don't own it on pc but for 3 there are only 2 weapon achievements those being preforming all infusions once (you dont need to level the infused weapons only infuse one of each type) and bringing a weapon to its highest level so basically you would want a save that has at least 1 of each infusion item and all the items necessary to level to max right? because i could do that give me a few days or so
oke should be done just look at my profile and the ds3 save data should be up. remember that with ds3 its a bit more complicated using someone else's save file you'll need to use some sort of save manager
