Will I be banned from playing official multiplayer games after using this mod? (No cheating or other behavior except for this mod) Because the official server is unstable for me, I hope to use this mod to get a better gaming experience, but I still want to retain the ability to access the official server

I recently got restrictions placed on my multiplayer abilities because I forgot to go in offline modes before toying around with a cheat mod and was worried me and my friend would be unable to use Painted Worlds. So even though your response wasn't directed at me, thank you for leaving this!
When i try to start the game i get a a warning that says "untested version of dark souls remastered detected". Im using the fitgirl repack. the same setup works for my friend. what do?
The Weirdest thing after spending hours trying to figure out how to do it I got it to work but when my friend summons me he can see me in both mine and his world but I cant see his character in neither. any info would be dope

yes, download the game at the link I posted, that's a pirated modded version of the game that is fully working, remember to launch the game via the Steamclientloader.exe and NOT by the DarkSoulsRemastered.exe file

Did you unzip the files correctly? Google Drive divides large folders into smaller, zipped ones when downloaded. After the download, you should have 4 separate zip archives; select all with the mouse and then extract. To be absolutely sure, if you want, unzip each one independently and then copy and paste the contents of the unzipped 2nd, 3rd and 4th archive inside the 1st.
The game does not work as well, when summoned, I often find myself unable to interact with objects, pillage souls or even go through the fog gates, Is there any solution to this problem?
hi, i was playing the game with this mod and it was working fine but all of a sudden it makes the game just not able to load loading into the main menu takes upwards of twenty minutes sometimes, and loading into the game itself is impossible i've tried verifying, reinstalling the game, a clean install of the game, and nothing works it's weird because the game literally worked fine a few days ago but now it's just not loading at all but it is working perfectly fine for my friend

as I had this problem and so did many of you from what I've read, I managed to find a fix for it. But before, I'll list my exact problem to see if it matches yours.
the problem most likely stems from having a cracked version of the game, as the dev pointed out the mod heavily relies on steam connection. I had the DODI repack. I had LAN emulator (from Goldberg's emulator mod) installed and the game couldn't run, so I used the (steam_api64.dll) provided in the Goldberg's mod's main folder and it worked. But when I installed painted worlds the game and the (steamclient_loader.exe) found from Goldberg's mod, the game would run in the background in both instances.
to fix this issue I grabbed a steam_api64.dll from dll-files(dot)com and replaced the one from either the DODI repack or Goldberg as both api made the game run in the background when launched (after painted worlds is installed) either through the proper DSR exe or the steam client loader.
And on first appearance the mod seems to work and SHIFT + TAB seems to function, I haven't tested it by joining a LAN (I'll do that tomorrow) but all seems to function so far!
