Hello author, I've solved the question! I found that I don't need to open a gfx file, unpack 02_title.tpf.dcx and change .dds is enough. Thank you for your mod!
Hello, yes exactly ! For images you unpack a .dcx and change the images in it, then repack it (with Yabber). The gfx are edited to load bigger images, and some other stuff. I used Jpexs flash decompiler for it.
Loadings: - 02_903_nowloading2.gfx (Fullscreen loading) - 04_nowloading.tpf.dcx (Images used in loading) Menu: - 02_title.tpf.dcx (Images used in title menu, bandai, fromsoft) - 05_000_title.gfx (Title menu objects) - 05_001_title_logo.gfx (Background only of title menu) - 05_900_logo_fromsoft.gfx (Fullscreen from software) - 05_901_logo_bne.gfx (Fullscreen bandai namco)
Happy to see many people enjoy this mod. I wasn't sure if it was relevant to publish it :)
Hello, you need the game unpacked and patched with UXM. Then you just drop the "menu" folders into your game folder, so it merge with the existing menu folder and overide the original game files.
Finally, if you use a mod through ModEngine like Cinders or The Convergence, you need to override the "menu" folder of theses mods (drop the folders in "Game\mods\Cinders").

How do you open a gfx file? I'd like to change some images.

Good luck :)
Should look like this in your DS3 Game https://imgur.com/a/QDPLEuR
You just go to UXM mod page and the description is very simple : https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/26
Launch uxm
Browse to select your game folder
Click "unpack"
Click "patch"
That's all, then you can put most uxm based mods in your game
Then you can edit MENU_NowLoading_Base.dds
- Download Yabber ( nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/42 )
- Unpack 04_nowloading.tpf.dcx with yabber
- You can edit MENU_NowLoading_Base.dds
- You can use Gimp ( https://www.gimp.org/downloads ), do whatever you want, then just "File > Overwrite MENU_NowLoading_Base.dds"
- Finally you repack 04_nowloading.tpf.dcx with Yabber
- Put the .dcx file in your Game\menu folder
