So is there no solution about friede's voice doesn't work when you aren't inside her chapel/ boss area? i've been dying to get this mod to work with EKWRP for a while now.
nwilson you need to use CT to spawn Friede or any other bosses you want the sound. in my case i always use friede's schyte moveset for ekwrp which means i need to spawn friede using ct and the sounds is fixed
Hi ! I tried installing the mod with different methods but i cant manage to make it work.
I'm playing with EKWRP (3.041) and the only friede sounds i have are whenever i am near sister friede arena. And it isn't even with your mod, it is EKWRP that gives me friede sounds when I'm in the boss arena. Weirdly enough, with ver1.0 of your mod i get the kill-quote ("sweep all thought of us from thy mind,..."). But this is the only thing that works. Why would the game only use that sound and ignore the others ? I've tried with a new character (with young voices) but it still wont work better than that. I don't have the footsteps, nor the "sighs", nor some scythe effects, nor the grunts. (outside of the boss arena, sounds that i have thanks the ekwrp mod itself) And i don't know if it is meant to be but, i still have the kill-quote when i'm killed or when i kill an enemy without "being" friede.
Also when i simply delete the "sound" file of EKWRP, i still have the same problem, nothing change. That confuses me the most. I have mod engine, actually this is the mod engine that is already given in the ekwrp mod folder. I'd love to play with Friede sounds, they feel so powerful but i simply can't find a solution, i hope someone has better ideas than i have :(
update : Actually i noticed that i have the grunts of pain. But only on the young female, not for young male.
Hey there, my millwood knight voice only seems to work when I'm physically in Ariandel and nowhere else. I thought the mod wasn't working until Gael transported me there.

and after downloading that and if you're asking on where do you put the modengine you put the modengine in Steam > steamapps > common > DARK SOULS III > then put the modengine and to put the sounds is to make a folder and name it 'mod' in the dark souls 3 game files and inside create a folder in the mod folder and name it "sound" and you put the .fsb and the .fsb.bak there
do I have to rename all the .fsb and .fsb.bak files? because they're all the same name for each boss. All boss sound files are named "fdp_main.fsb" and "fdp_main.fsb.bak" so it's asking me to replace file in destination when I put the .fsb in "sound" folder. I wanted to put all the boss sounds lol

what kind of issue do you have with DSSI. Cause in the comment sections I noticed someone got a suggestion to fix the windows 10 undetected bug: "By the way for anyone who is getting the Windows 10 error thing: Try to rename your music and only use lowercase latin letters and no symbols. Rename for example "Song_1.wav" to "songone.wav" I don't know why but it worked for me" Taken from the post
Hope you get it working again sometime, mate. One more request would be to add the mage boss you fight in the woods, the one with his decoy trickery and teleports around the arena <3
