You need either DS3 Mod Engine, or UXM. After that, yes, with Mod Engine you need to create a folder called 'mod' in the same directory as the ds3 .exe and put the parts folder from this mod in that. With UXM you just overwrite the files in the parts folder it generates (remember to back up the original files!).
Hello friend, I would like to know if it is possible to make the black desert piromancer boots without underwear like the one created by Akr0n to be used with igp11. the problem is that I can't use igp11 because of a problem with net framework, so I can only use mod engine modifications, and I saw that MadMaxLiS made a naked mod but for mod engine, that's why I ask if it is possible to make only the boots visible (without underwear) like in Akr0n mod. could you do that or do you know someone who can? and i am also interested in something that could apply tattoos on the body

oh nvm i figured it out.
With UXM you just overwrite the files in the parts folder it generates (remember to back up the original files!).
You'll have to do it yourself though; I'm not really interested, and even if I was I wouldn't want to distribute a file that isn't mine.
