A port of the Better Hair Colors mod to Mod Engine as iGP11 is extremely outdated. Also includes changes to beards to make them less patchy but without completely reworking how they look like the Beard Fix mod does.

2023 UPDATE: This mod isn't broken, ModEngine is. The RCA patch to DS3 broke compability with ModEngine and there hasn't been a fix, meaning that as far as I know the only way to use this, or any other mod that requires ModEngine is to downpatch the game's exe, here's a video to help with that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvCL-oXRW9Y
Another way to make this work while (I believe) still having online access would be unpacking the game using UMX and not use ModEngine altogether. The way this mod is made allows you to simply drag and drop to replace the unpacked game's files no problem.
This makes it so hair colors have actual color to them instead of every color being a variant of muddy grey, the character creator still has it's issues, but this at least remedies the hair colors, meaning you can have any color you wish.
This includes hairs, eyebrows, beards and eyelashes! (the latter not being present in the original Better Hair Colors mod)
Installation:
Just install Mod Engine and drop it in your mod folder
