Have you considered porting the other female variations of the armor sets such as the Thief and Wizard sets? What you have so far is already quite good though they look a bit strange on female characters due to the proportions.
i'm having a lot of trouble with the directions - it feels like something is missing. What is the "Cinders file" you're referring to?
Edit:
I figured it out. the instructions were made assuming you have the cinders mod installed. if you have the cinders mod installed, you just copy the files from their respective folders into the parts folder in cinders.
If you don't want to have cinders installed and enjoy this mod, this is what i did to get it to work:
make a folder named cinders in your game directory make a folder named parts in your cinders directory put the appropriate files from the demons souls armor mod into the parts file
now to get the mod engine settings right so the armors will show up, do this: download the mod cinders: https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls3/mods/310?tab=files copy the "dinput8.dll" and "modengine.ini" files from the cinders mod into your game directory - you can discard the actual cinders mod. this might seem like a big pain in the ass, but you're basically installing the mod engine this way. you could probably just install mod engine the proper way and tinker with the settings to get it right, but this was easier for me
Wow, a lot of nice looking armors in this mod. Sadly I didn't play demon souls yet and have no Idea which armor is which in most cases. A simple name added to each picture would have helped a lot. Or a readme tthat tells us which armors are replaced.
Well, I start to name the ones I guess or know and hope others add their knowledge or correct me: I tested every armor on the same replacement chestpiece, here are the results:
Picture 1 and 3: Rogue (female) Picture 2 Binded Picture 4 Ragged Picture 5 Saint Picture 6 Dull Set Picture 7 Venerable Sage Picture 8 Mirdan F (female) Picture 9 Ancient King Picture 10 Thief Picture 11 Plate Picture 12 Chain Priest Picture 13 Hunter Picture 14 Fluted Picture 15 Wizard Picture 16 Cleric Mirdan Picture 17 Brushwood Picture 18 Gloom Picture 19 Dark Silver no picture CutNPC
Some additional info on the Dull Set: It orriginally replaces masters leg and arm pieces, torso and head are worker set. I made the following changes: Arms: Brigand Gauntlets (AM_F_7550) (you need to replace a piece with naked hands like masters or brigand, or the hands will be invisible) Legs: Slave Knight Leggings (LG_M_5550) (probably the only working replacement, you need naked legs or they will be invisible, but naked feet glitch trough the boots of the armor (like masters or deserter pieces) Torso: Most replacers should work, as long as the original is not partially naked (like masters) I currently use herald armor (BD_M_2200 ) Helmet: Need to replace a helmet with (partially) visible face, I use nameless knight (HD_M_7100)
How to change the replaced armor piece: just rename the replacer file, (the part before the .partsbnd.dcx) Example: For the gauntlets, change "AM_A_7650.partsbnd.dcx" into "AM_F_7550.partsbnd.dcx"

Even more info on replacing armor pieces: If an (orifginal) armor piece covers the body completely, then the corresponding body textures are turned invisible to prevent glitching. Replacing such an armo piece with another that shows part of that body surface (naked arms, visible face etc.) will leave your char with transparent/invissible body parts. Like with the "Plate" set of this mod, it replaces the sellsord set by default. The face is visible with that one, but the hair and neck is turned invisible. The replacement has an open neck and you can see through to the back of the face (replacing the standard helmet (hard leather set) instead is recommended). The other way arround, replacing a partially naked atmor piece with one that covers that body area might lead to glitching.
Doesn't work for me, I don't know why. I named a file "fluted" which containts the 5 .dcx files and I changed the overrideDirectory in modengine.ini to "\fluted" EDIT : had to put the 5 files in a "parts" folder
