To install:
- Download ModEngine2 and place the folder somewhere that is not your game directory (e.g., save it to your desktop).
- Add the contents of the mod to the "Mod" folder in the ModEngine2 folder.
- Select the "launchmod_darksouls3" batch file and enjoy!
If you are having troubles with this method, you may need to extract your game files using UXM first.
To account for better armor and weapons, bosses and enemies are stronger as well. Be sure to explore and loot as much as you can lest you find yourself falling behind.
NOTE: Basic and common armor have very very low absorptions (oftentimes 0). This is intended and not a bug! Base game armor is roughly on par with Very Uncommon tier armor, and is roughly 5% better or worse per rarity level. Remember that in DS3, you do get a penalty for missing at least 1 piece of armor, so be sure to keep on the low level stuff until you find good gear on your journey!

Rarities are as follows:
- Basic
- Common
- Uncommon
- Very Uncommon
- Rare
- Very Rare
- Ultra Rare
- Legendary
- Mythical
- Godlike
Each rarity is roughly 5-10% stronger depending on what weapon or armor piece you encounter.
All weapons are now able to be buffed!
Enemies will now drop loot relative to their location in-game; early game weapons and armor are capped at Ultra Rare, mid-game is capped at Legendary / Mythical, and end-game you can find Godlike gear! (Note: the Painted World is considered Mid-Game for randomized loot drops).
All forms of titanite and infusion gems should be replaced with souls, but there still may be a few remnants here and there if I missed some. Weapons cannot be upgraded, so feel free to sell them.
There may be occasional items that you cannot pick up, but I cannot pinpoint exactly what IDs are causing this issue. Seeing as it is maybe 1 out of maybe 100-200 items, I don't think it's a big deal.
Each class has special effects innate to that class, and each class also starts with a ring. These effects are amplified in NG+ and beyond.
