The mod is fantastic but there is one small issue; Some of the upgraded spells in the shops have the wrong cost, that being the upgraded spells themselves are the cost, meaning unless you use something like Cheat Engine or DSMapStudio to add them to your inventory directly they're completely inaccessible in normal gameplay.
Hey hey, man :D Really, really great job on this! Im a huge Necromancer fan but I never really FELT like a Necromancer in convergence. Your new spells are 10/10 and absolutely scratch that itch. Its great not having to rely on other school/class spells until I unlock the good stuff.
These spells look great, also. They really fit the theme! Muahhaha Seriously, great job. Thank you :D
Thank you very much, I appreciate your comment and yes, I also played with all the classes, that's why I made this mod and added those things because I considered that in vanilla convergence the classes were not balanced, making some classes strong and others boring.
Maybe it's just long term ideas for this, like changing special effects for some spells. I was thinking of modifying it now for Age of Sunlight from Darks Souls 1, but at the moment I don't think it will be soon and since I'm sick I would do it later, in a few months.
Is this compatible with Crux Unofficial Convergence Tweaks? Any chance of posting what spells were added , etc? Any chance of Necromancy starting with a homing dot spell?
Answer A: Yes, I don't think there are any problems as long as the mods on one don't affect the others, for example bullets that have an ID that is the same as the one used by the mod for certain spells or special effects that I have modified.
Answer B: I was thinking about doing it
Answer C: Well, if I can do that, any suggestions?
Changes were made, now the necromancer class has a spell that periodically reduces the target's life when it hits, like the others it has an improved form, you will start with this spell as a necromancer it is also possible to buy it without the need for scrolls.
You must previously have the scroll to which that spell belongs, the improved form of the spell will not appear in the covenant until you give the NPC the scroll or tome corresponding to it, for example if I want to have the improved Great Combustion spell you need to previously have Great Swamp Pyromancy Tome and give it to the NPC who sells pyromancies now the improved form will appear in the Izalith Disciples covenant where you can buy it (You can buy it with souls and as a requirement have Great Combustion in your inventory).
Only some basic spells do not have that scroll requirement, the rest do, maybe you downloaded an archived version, you can download it again and replace it.
