As for Halflight and the Gravetender not having their HP increased, I've more or less given up on that. NPCs are handled different from regular enemies/bosses and I've lost interest in fixing the issue. I suppose the silver-lining here is that most people don't like the NPC bosses, so it's not a very big loss.
for anyone using this with uxm and other mods, you replace the data0 file with the modded one, then you unpack with UXM , install your other mods and then patch
Hope the 50% version is still in the works. Coming back to this game after Elden is pretty much a breeze so I would like to try this out. But imagining Midir with double HP sounds like a tedious time lol. I feel like 50% would be a perfect balance...or perhaps a 100% version that just excluded Midir xD
It'll come, don't you worry. Truth be told, I just kind of forget about this mod since I rarely play DS3 these days lol. I can probably bang it out this weekend. Sorry about the "extended" wait :P
Drop the Data0 file into your game folder and replace it when asked. That's how I've been doing it and it's worked for me so far. There might be a more elegant method but it's lost on me.
Hi I was looking to use this mod in a co op play through of painted worlds with the ds co op overhaul mod. Does this mod just flat out double boss health?
Awesome I don’t think it’ll mess with anything major then in the mods. Me and my friend beat elden ring and painted worlds summoning system increasing health has always been iffy so you making a mod like this has saved me a lot pain. Thxs
Hello, Just letting you know that you can mess around with the absorption values to make them take less damage from hits while still making them take different damages from each elements. Editing these values also works with NPC bosses like Halflight and Champion's Gravetender. Good mod btw, will endorse when Nexus lets me.
In all honesty, I have no idea. I took a peek at what files The Convergence affects, and the mod might be compatible, but I truly can't say for certain - so use it at your own discretion. Even if it does work, it won't affect Convergence-only bosses. Apologies that I'm not able to give you a definitive answer at the moment.
My English is very poor, I really appreciate your reply, if I use this mod, I should directly replace data0 under my root directory. File or create a mod folder to put in
You should be able to just replace the Data0 file in your game directory without issue. In the case that it might conflict with The Convergence, just create a backup of your original Data0 file first. I am pretty unfamiliar with the modding scene for Dark Souls 3, so I forgive me if I get something wrong.
nice mod, enjoying the Elden Ring version still, for the NPC Bosses i think the parameters are in the same place as invanding NPCs or Summons NPCs, it's been a long time since i messed with DS3 so idk remember exactly,i think it was in the same param where you starting class is but near the end of it i don't remember, i think maybe giving those two bosses especific SPEffects that doubles health but may be kinda janky it needs some testing, as for other options is changing their status like idk let's say he has 59 VIGOR you could make it 99 VIGOR and it would be the same as a player with max stats i think.
Edit: Maybe it was CharaInitParam the name i think.
Oh, thank you, I will have to look into that. It was nice with Elden Ring since everything was in NpcParam. Hopefully I can figure something out (though to be fair, I'm not exactly losing sleep over NPC bosses haha).
