It's a little late for this, but for others who have this error, where ever you make the destination folder, create a folder inside called 'ManualBackup_1' then inside that, another folder called '18' and that made it work for me. For other similar errors make the folders it says are missing.
Looks like an excellent tool. I have been using the other save backup tool on Nexus since I saw that before I noticed this tool. The issue I had with the other tool is that within the save folder, there are seperate folders for each different character and saves I have for them. Unfortunatley, the other tool only recognizes the first folder in the save directory, and thus only works for once character's saves. With this tool, is it possible to have auto-backups every x number of minutes with multiple characters? Not to have them backup simultaneously, of course, but if I'm playing character A, can I have it so it backups every x minutes for that character, then when I'm playing character B, change a setting so it backs up that character's saves every x minutes? I hope that made sense lol.
Sorry for the late reply. A quick backup function exists with the "Backup now!" Button. I don't have implemented a restore function yet because it can break your savegames and I need to be very careful. Maybe later!

Those errors pop up. I have .net framework 4 installed, I made sure the file paths were correct and exist, and still no luck
A quick backup function exists with the "Backup now!" Button.
