Hey, I love this reshade a lot! My only gripe with it is the cinematic bars on the top and the bottom of the screen. I can't seem to identify them in any of the files myself, so I am curious if you can tell me what I have to edit to remove those?
Thanks. Find the file SweetFX in the ReShade folder, open it with notepad, in this file search (F3) ///**BORDER**/// //----------//// #define USE_BORDER 1
And put 0. So this line comes #define USE_BORDER 0

In addition to renaming my dxgi.dll file to d3d11.dll I had to to delete dxgi.log and run the game on compatibility mode for windows 8 for this amazing reshade to work.
Крч у кого белый экран и вылетает игра, решение до идиотизма простое, но нигде не описанное. В папке с игрой надо удалить файл d3d9.dll его заменит файл из решейда. Пишите + кому помогло. Страдал пол дня из за такой мелочи
Edit the mfFocusStrenght and mfZoomStrenght lines like this
//>Motion Focus<\\ #define mfDebug 0 //[0:1] #define mfFocusStrength 0.85 //[0.00:1.00] //-The intensity with which the camera will follow motion #define mfZoomStrength 0.18 //[0.00:1.00] //-The intensity of camera zoom to objects in motion #define MotionFocus_TimeOut 0 //[0:100000] #define MotionFocus_ToggleKey VK_NUMPAD5 //[undef] //-
This keeps the advantages of using this effect, but without it becoming unpleasant in the end.
I am the creator of this mod. I wanted to thank you for the cool messages. But I see that in the comments some have problems.
If for some reason the shortcuts do not work at home, you can disable the camera movement by going to the Reshade folder, then open the GemFX file with the notepad, and look for the line #define USE_MOTION_FOCUS 1. Replace the 1 (which activates the effect) by 0.Which gives #define USE_MOTION_FOCUS 0 Save the file. (file / Save at the top left of the notepad)
Every effect that has a hotkey that I configured, has this line #define MotionFocus_ToggleKey VK_NUMPAD5 // [undef] // -
MotionFocus is for camera movement, so this name will be different depending on the effect. The important thing is the VK_NUMPAD5. Which means the 5 key on the numeric keypad. Now that you know that, you can search the other VK_NUMPAD in the xxxFX files in the Reshade folder if you want to disable an effect and of course if the shortcuts don't work for you.
If the game crashes, rename dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll which is located in your game folder of your dark souls 3 installation. (Thanks Primaris82 for that)
I'm sorry if you still have problems despite all this everything works fine with me ...
There is one last solution, download a "free" version on the net if the game still crashes at launch ...

If you want a less strong camera movement effect.

Sorry for the very late response.
