For anyone who's not getting Vertebra Shackles, I think I've found a solution. 1. Repeat all the steps in "Installation via merging" section from the description. 2. Open ItemLotParam in Param Editor 3. Search for "vertebra" A bunch of records will show up, we're interested in records of [Carthus Swordsman - something something] Vertebra Shackle, Ember 4. For those records, edit LotItemBasePoint fields. Some of them had default values, and after editing them, I started getting Vertebra Shackles.
I might have something wrong but none of the items are dropping for me. I'm using the ModEngine 2 and I dragged the Data0 into the mods folder and still nothing drops for me. And when I try to open the Data0 it would not respond. is there anything I can do?

for all the 4 silverknight #4 to 7 i changed the itembasepoint 01 to 0 and the 2 to 1000 for the drop rate 100% thanks for the help in advance
Not sure what's going on, but even though I installed the .Net thing it tells me I need, every time I try to run DSMapStudio.exe it tells me I need to install the thing.
Edit: apparently there were two different things with the same name that I had to install. Anyways, it works now.
Bless you. Great instructions and I had no trouble increasing the droprate to 100% because I simply cannot be assed. I farmed them all legitimately on my PS4 years ago dammit, I deserve a break.
i don't know why but I still didn't get the covenant items every time. I've set the thing to 1000 which is supposed to be 100% but sometimes I still didn't get it
