If I play in Spanish, the field of view is completely altered and can not be changed because the configuration does not appear in camera and does not work to modify FPS.ini, but if I play in English, the field of view is good and can be adjusted in the settings.
Would be possible to edit something in order to make the game work with vanilla camera distance but with strafing movement (Rune/Skyrim in third person)
just installed this mod, i think i did everything right, have no other mods installed and im offline but every time i try to start it up it crashes on the loading screen. any way to fix?
I only have this one mod installed, but I was fighting the abyss watchers and didn't have to fight the second phase. I just got their ashes and soul after killing the main one. Is this a glitch in the mod or just Ds3 in general?
Trying this with the Archthrones Demo, but I can't seem to get both mods working at the same time.
Anyone know a way around this? (I've tried the Advanced installation method)
EDIT: Found the solution! I placed both FPS.ini AND FPS.dll (renamed from dinput8.dll) in the DARK SOULS III/Game folder, changed 'Use VirtualAlloc2 = true" to 'false' in FPS.ini, added the following line to lazyLoad.ini:
[CHAINLOAD] dll=FPS.dll
and held the target lock button once in game (this I had missed previously, but still didn't work with the advanced installation) and then behold, something incredible!
Here's how to make this mod work with Cinders v2.15 mod! 1. Preferably, have a clean install of Dark Souls 3. Then, install the Cinders mod and launch the game, to make sure Cinders mod is working. After that, close the game. This step is optional. 2. Install Lazy Loader, but without Lazy Loader's dinput8.dll! Do not rename/move the dinput8.dll you got from Cinders mod installation! Rename the dinput8.dll from Lazy Loader to lazyLoad.dll, and place it inside the game's directory (DARK SOULS III/Game/). Now open up HoodiePatcher.ini and add "lazyLoad.dll" to "ChainloadDinput8dll=", so that it looks like this: ChainloadDinput8dll="lazyLoad.dll" Save the file. 3. Now install First Person Souls mod by placing it's dinput8.dll to dllMods folder (DARK SOULS III/Game/dllMods/), and FPS.ini into the game's folder (DARK SOULS III/Game/). Rename this dinput8.dll you got from First Person Souls mod to FPS.dll. And that's all, it shall be working now!
