fixed it temporarily now (i think, if not maybe you downloaded it wrong or made a mistake, you can just use a guide to make sure you have done it correctly), will make an overhaul to the mod within the next few days.

Just finished the whole game, along with the DLCs, using that mod. It looked really great! Except from some locations (Majula was too saturated for my taste.) Congratulations!
But my question is this: how do I uninstall the mod completely now, so I can play DS2 online without the risk of getting banned?
    Take care, bye!

thank you so much for the feedback. I will really consider your comment about it being oversaturated and see what I can do. I am currently working on a big project for cyberpunk 2077, but I will always take time to fix my previous mods <3

      about getting banned:
I don't think the risk of getting banned is that big anymore, as they have relaxed their grip on older games. however, I completely understand your concern. the way you uninstall it is by going into the folder where your ReShade program is installed, then you simply delete the ReShade folder and the preset (just so it doesn't clutter your pc with useless files unless you wanna save it for another time).
one last thing; I am fairly certain that you cant get banned from using a ReShade preset. although you could technically cheat by making certain things more visible or using effects to highlight how far away things are. the reason I don't think it is a concern is that you are not changing your files or the information you send to the server, you are simply applying a post-processing filter with a 3rd party overlay. so I would not worry if I were you. anyways, take care :D

And it won't make you cry.

      oh s#*! :O
maybe the person who said "this mod won't get you banned" was not just hating on me from the mod pack I made. I completely misunderstood. so sorry :(

oh, did you download reshade and follow the instructions in my video? you need to put my mod in the reshade folder and select it in the program in-game.

    Nice reshade !
For people who use IGP11 disable Steam Overlay if your game crash at launch
And a bit performance loss (from 60FPS to 45FPS) so I reduced the MagicBloom to 1.4 and disabled reflectiveBumpmapping so performance remains but the reshade stay quite the same

thank you so much for your feedback.
also, thanks for helping people who might have some issues, I will consider removing reflective bump mapping because of the performance cost :D
