Thanks to the Souls community, this wouldn't have been nearly as easy as I had used various tools made by the community to extract the textures and not to mention those who found the image list of the spells.

Changelogs
Version 1.0
First Release, and won't be the last.
While looking through the the Texture dump of Dark Souls II SOTFS, and found the original Inventory Icons from the Dark Souls II Network Beta Test. This sparked an idea in my mind, and by using an image of all the spells in the Network test I cut each into it's own image. Then the process of finding the texture ids to replace which resulted in me looking through both the Original and SOTFS texture dumps.
Not every spell was replaced as the final cut had more spells than the older versions.
Note - I did find that the coloration of Dark Orb was different with the mod on.
Updated
Working alongside Ragevitamins and their popular mod DS2LightingEngine, I have released an updated version of the mod with two additional icons for pyromancy added to the override list. You will need to utilize the beta version of the mod found on the Discord, or wait for it to reach official release. Please go endorse the lighting engine, the mod is amazing, and this makes for a good replacement to IGP11, lot of promise going into the future.
