Well, you should find Phoenix.ini file after the download. Here is normal, don't know what gone wrong for you. Did you try to open with both 7zip and WinRar ?
I'm am very happy with this mod so far. Looks great. Comparatively to a lot of the other mods as well you made it simpler to understand how to install. I had no experience with reshader.me before and a lot of instructions on other mods had me scratching my head as to what they meant. So good job on that too. Makes me excited to mess around with my reshader settings to learn a bit more now that I've gotten started. Thanks a bunch for the mod!
Installed it, but nothing happens when i select your Reshade Preset. Followed all your steps, but the game doesnt change visually. Used the newest Version of Reshade (4.7) on Scholar of the First Sin Version of the Game.
The changes are very subtle, maybe hard to notice. Did you enabled all the shaders of Legacy Standard Effects during Reshade Installation ? If so, try to select a key to toggle on/off all the effects in Settings tab, choose the preset, enable and disable with the key........ , do you see some change ?

In my experience, Reshade doesn't cause ban. I use it in DS2 and DS3 and Never got banned...... Reshade does not touch in game main files. Only adds visual post processing.

It apperas that the folder is empty. Is it true or did i something wrong?
