Great work. I like some of the small details like smoothing and polishing the hilt as it meets the axe-face.

  Yeah I figured I'd remove the blood (I didn't even notice there was blood on it before doing this), since I think the blood was supposed to be pouring out of the hunk of Giant-flesh-that's-actually-your-axe-blade. My theory, at least.
