I couldn't think of anything snappy for the the name of this so it's just what it is. IDK, I just didn't think "Elite" or "Ultimate" really fit and my imagination is shot. Anyway, I hope you guys like it because this really isn't down my power alley in terms of weapons to retexture.
P.S. For anyone curious. There is NO WAY to remove the huge missing pieces from the blade. They are part of the model.
Well, yes i want to do the Faraam Set but i have to do the Drakeblood first, which i will be starting imediately since i got the B'sK done. If i were actually a capable person and not totally scatterbrained then i could do both armors at one time but i'm not.
One thing i'm a bit curious about because I've gotten a few requests for an E3 style Faraam retex before. My question is what is the differences between that (E3) and what was released (retail) in terms of coloring? I've looked at old pictures and all i really see is the metal looked slightly shinier. Is there any specific source material you could point me to so i have a clear idea what it looked like?
If not i'll just take a stab and see what happens. No biggie either way.
I agree it's a bit overhyped but it's probably because it was the first player armor shown and it is kinda nice looking. I'm only considering doing it because i know people like it and they will actually download it. There's nothing worse than doing these retexes and no one cares to download them. My only problem is that there are more than a few Faraam Set mods out there and i worry there isn't anything i can bring to the table, so to speak.
It have darker cloth and shinier metal parts than one in game and helmet's engraving is better. If you have no ideas you could do them like your Elite knight set,also you can make versions without fur. and SunBro version would be great
Well, i gotta say. Since the most recent Faraam Armor mod already has the fastest 8 votes ever for FOTM (3 days), then it has to be the best Faraam Set (or mod) ever made. So i can't imagine why you wouldn't be using that instead.
So idk what i will do about it now. Perhaps i should retire?
you like ask for those things wich you already can find here on nexus, just type in search bar farram and the first mod got it all(furrless,darker metal and e.t.c) well except probvably sunbro version wich would look kinda stupid

We really need a full HD Textures Pack like the one from Dark Souls 1, Vanilla Textures are good but not enough imho.
