   the mask doesnt work for me either on male character, all other mods work. reloaded game 2 times now.

   I get the icon change, but the texture does not show on the mask. I've downloaded only the mask file, does it need the others to work?

      It doesn't need the others to work. I think you just have to restart your game else I have to find the low res version of the texture map.
