About this mod
Light overhaul featuring upgraded classes, new starting gifts, more merchant wares and enhanced gameplay.
- Permissions and credits
Welcome to the Plus Mod page, a light overhaul mod for DS2 made to enhance the player experience with several QoL improvements!
From new classes based on upgrades from vanilla, new meaningful starting gifts choices, several merchant expansions, and more!
Designed to work in a fresh save and, as with other DS2 gameplay mods, it's recommended to play offline to prevent online ban.
The mod already activates offline mode by itself, but you can also check out this Steam Guide for more information.
Gameplay Changes
- Player character's movement improved, for more swift and agile feeling gameplay/combat. They are as follows, all in slight increases:
Overall move speed, less stamina consumption, roll/dodge speed, jump height, ladder climbing speed and fall damage threshold.
- A few early game weapons now have 5 more points of durability (e.g. Scimitar, Falchion, Infantry Axe, Foot Soldier Sword).
- Pyromancies had their total amount of casts increased, mostly resembling DS1's (e.g. Combustion 10>15, Fire Orb 4>6).
- Select equipment has had their descriptions and/or names changed (e.g. 'Iron Parma' is now 'Eastern Parma').
- Axes now holster to the hip instead of the back, being more consistent with the other Souls entries.
(Moveset, damage and stat requirements of all weapons remain the same as vanilla)

Installation
Simply extract all the files into your main Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin folder, where the main executable is, and you're good to go.
There's no need to make any backups, since the mod uses it's own separate files to work, and can be easily removed to go back to vanilla.
Usage
Mod Engine (C) 2019 by Katalash.
Recommended: Mouse Lag Fixer by _DTG_ to remove input lag of mouse controls and make gameplay much more smoother.
✨Enjoy As Always✨
