Version 1
Creation
Simple loose param file 'mod' to remove the ridiculous spell resistance enemies in the DLC have. A personal mod so I can play randomizer runs and actually use combat magic (and other elemental ranged weapons) without having to worry about them being useless against an enemy from the DLC.
Also affects other kinds of projectiles, so elemental infusion bows/crossbows, arrows/bolts, and even weapon special attacks will damage DLC mobs as normal.
Against enemies from the DLCs: Physical projectiles deal 25% more damage Magic projectiles deal 110.5% more damage Lightning projectiles deal 137.9% more damage Fire projectiles deal 78.5% more damage Dark projectiles deal 73.9% more damage
Note: Only affects the special projectile resistance of DLC enemies, innate resistances remain unchanged.
Using with Dark Souls II Randomizer: 1 - Download loose zip from the mod page 2 - Extract contents directly into the randomizer folder (The same folder "DS2SRandomizer.exe" is in)
Using as a standalone: 1 - Download UXM 2 - Extract UXM anywhere and run "UXM.exe" 3 - In UXM's GUI click 'browse' and navigate to your Dark Souls 2 SoTFS install and select the game's executable (normally in steamapps\common\Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game) 4 - Click Unpack 5 - Click Patch (You can close UXM when its done) 6 - Download the regulation zip from the mod page 7 - Extract the contents into the dark souls 2 game folder and replace the existing "enc_regulation.bnb.dcx"
