- Added bastille door safefail when statue corpse dissapears. Door can now be punched to consume a branch and make door openable
- Fume Knight/Aldia/Iron King will now be above ground when spawing as Vendrick replacements so fight can be triggered
- Idle optimization for application. Resource consumption when idle/on background should be near 0
