      I am trying to get rid of the player light in vanilla game.

      SotFS already has a way to do this with lighting engine mod.

      Yeah, if there was a mod way to do this I would be immensely happy. I'm heavily invested in the idea of more mods for vanilla ds2, especially basic function ones like this.
