For anyone struggling to get this to activate, the mod clashes with the No Hollowing mod, so if you have No Hollowing active through Vortex and followed all the steps with this mod and the Unpacked Params mod, it will prioritise No Hollowing
My solution was to deactivate No Hollowing, follow the steps to do this. Get the levels you need, and then re-enable No Hollowing, and Elevate. There's probably a more elegant solution, but this mod works perfectly fine :)
