Either this mod doesn't work for me or this game is truly just terrible. I've never had any issues dodging in DS1 DS3 or Elden Ring. It still feels like I have no iframes. Do I need to start a new character for this mod to work?
No, it should work retroactively. If I recall correctly, 99 ADP gives you more iframes than DS1 and DS3 give you. It just takes some time and enemies can have pretty ugly hitboxes. You can check if the mod worked by how fast you use items, that should be a fairly noticeable difference!
How would I be able to get this working for the original Dark Souls 2? That requirement won't work and this is needed to make Dark Souls 2 fun. Please help me.
I would absolutely love that. I am absolutely still interested. Dark Souls 2 was really underrated. There is a lot that could be improved upon but it's still nice to go back to all these years later. This mod will surely help with that.
Hey, yes! The mod is working. The menu doesn't change because what's written in the menu is regulated by another parameter. To check if the mod is working, you could test your game before and after the mod. The iFrames aren't easy to notice, but you'll notice it easily from how faster Estus drinking is.
trust me its working i had to download the game on other system and transferred me save file and god my dodges were s#*! i thought what was wrong then i downloaded this and it went to normal just play.i completed the game with this mod and honestly it made game a bit easier coz i became too gud at dodges soi am gonna attempt with normal ds2 noww
hello, im going to play ds2 for the first time and when I discovered adaptability, I decided to look into this. if its a well made and balanced mechanic, I was going to leave it as its. However seeing that it is poorly made and poorly thought out in the end, I decided that I am going to install this mod once the game is installed. I don't want to take an unfair opinion of the gameplay for something that is poorly done, thank you very much!
Thank you for the mod. Is it possible to make another version including poison, bleed, petrify and curse resistance? Without mod when levelling up Adaptability those stats go up. Thanks
