Instruction:
* Copy and replace the file named "enc_regulation.bnd.dcx" in your "Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin\Game" folder. In case you want to play online when servesr are restored, make a backup of the unmodified file. That's all!

Warnings:
* Only compatible with the Scholar of the First Sin version of Dark Souls II.
* Not compatible with other mods that alter params. If you'd like this feature included in other, larger mods, ask the mod makers to do so.
* Likely to cause you to get banned from playing online if used when server connectivity is restored.
