I'm having a problem with your install instructions. First, though Legacy and standard effects are options, Legacy standard effects is not. They are two separate options. Is this what you meant? Second, none of the shaders you listed seem to exist in Reshade.
I downloaded Reshade 5.8.0 with add on support. Must be a newer version than you initially used, because when I install it, chose the game and the APIs, (DX10,11,12) it allows you to choose a preset at this point.
