I might sound crazy for asking this but.. is there any way I could turn off the adp qol for rings? I'm kind of obsessed with optimizing my builds and I'm trying to keep it "vanilla" and not underlevel adp.
edit: noticed this was removed in Seeker 2.0. Only a matter of time until this mod is updated for vanilla/sotfs. Awaiting patiently.
As it was never answered, I would guess, it's still broken. And the jump is nothing minor. Plus "ranged sorceries cannot hit the enemies when lock-on if they are below you", as someone mentioned. This way it's not of any use. Also, the weapon changes are too much and have nothing to do with "Player" enhancements - this should be a separate mod, like "Weapon" enhancements. I'm thinking about to use the Community Patch instead.
Anyone happen to have a list of the weapon changes? I noticed the Washing Pole has a completely different moveset and 60 durability, and the Syan's Halberd for some reason requires 14 INT now rather than being a Dex weapon... Wish there were an easy way to see what all was changed.
Having played with this mod a bit more, the katanas are omega busted because they seem to gain physical damage when being infused, seems like a bug or oversight but you shouldn't be able to have an Uchi wit 500+ AR... Shame we can't get these ADP/roll attack improvements without the insanely unbalanced weapon changes. Also the special blue skinned longsword is completely invisible for me using this mod so idk.
Hi there, love the mod. Though I'm still using the old pre weapon overhaul version. Wondering if there could be a version with the other newer fixes that also doesn't have the weapon changes or class changes? Thanks!
Hi @AoiYozora first of all I want to thank you for the mod. It has surprised me for the better in many things and I was looking for something like this since I want to replay DS2 after 6 years.
I have noticed that the durability of weapons in general has been slightly increased, my question is, is there an easy way to modify the mod so that all weapons and armor have 999 or the maximum durability allowed?
I wish it were a little more like Elden Ring in that sense since I've always hated weapons breaking in videogames and this way I could play DS2 without having to worry about a weapon breaking from hitting a wall or to the ground, or for blocking or missing a parry.
Thank you very much for taking the time to bring this mod to light from your other big mods so we can have an improved vanilla experience.
First off, this mod is awesome and I absolutely love it. However, I have an issue with the ring of restoration specifically, it seems to be a bit overtuned in how much hp it restores. Any chance we can get a mod with it tuned down? Or if there is a way to edit it in dsmapstudio, I'd love to know but I can't seem to find any of the params for rings besides the ringparam, which only lets you edit discovery or weight.
For some reason when use this mod ranged sorceries cannot hit the enemies when lock-on if they are below you, in vanilla it still hit enemies as long as you has the sight of them
