In light of a recent kerfuffle in the modding community, i've been reminded I actually made a mod at one point. First I'd like to apologise for the lack of recent support. Second, I'd like to give this mod over to you guys to with it as you will. I haven't played DS2 in so long I wouldn't know where to start updating. So feel free to use this as you wish, provided credit is given.

I'll be releasing an update tonight that "adds" a second stage of hollowing so it's not just a drastic jump to rotting corpse mode and instead makes the hollowing more subtle. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyway to preserve the original skin tone of the character as the hollow skin texture lacks shaders.

So this will not work with Scholars of The First Sin even if I use IGP11? I'm gonna try it out, but if it doesn't work, it would be amazing if you or someone else is able to convert it for that.

Great mod! I always thought it would be great to make the 2nd stage look slightly more hollow and only have the fully hollowed texture happen if you die and dont recover your souls. So as long as you recover your souls you stay only semi hollowed, but once you die without picking them up your go full hollow. Just a thought.
I have a question, is it possible to make the character's appearance not change at all when you die (no matter how many times), or if not, only very slight skin colour change if that's easier. I have never attempted to change skin textures, or any kind of textures, really. Thanks in advance, great mod.
Or you can beat every DLC and bring the 3 DLC crowns to Vendrick in the Memory of the King, by activating the armour in his boss room. That way, you'll never go hollow when you die if you're wearing a crown, and this will also make crowns make you immune to curses, and so Nashandra's curse ability will just to lingering damage instead.
I dont know what I'm doing wrong but the mod just isn't working
I've created all the neccesary sub-folders (textures/DarkSoulsII/override) and put the mod files inside. I even tried running the game while the GeDoSaTo Tool was still running but nothing. I'm still ugly. I'm not using ENB or any other mod...
