Thank You for downloading my Reskin.
Theres not much to say, the Screenshots show directly the different Versions. Btw, the Effect from the shiny ice version only takes place if it reflects light.
Just copy the files from the folder of your chosen Version to your /dsfix/tex_override folder.
As always you need the dsfix.
