      it needs an update because the DATA.exe was changed to DARKSOULS.exe so the program can't find the game making it unusable.

      Please for the love of god make this work for modern Dark Souls I just want to make fun characters from the start of the game and there is no other tool.

      Not strictly true, There''s at least 1 working save editor for the prepare to die latest team release.
      It's on a couple of forums that require accounts to see the external dl links for a forum you'll never use but yeah.

    Hey, it's 2021 right now. I'm from the future and this version of the game is being scalped. I know you've been asked this before, but could you possibly make this work with the current version of the game?
