is there any way to enable Vsync ? i have bad tearing even nvidia control panel did not fix it

That's a side effect of DSFix that apparently affects some people more than others. Playing it in borderless window is your best bet to reduce tearing. This here thing  is pretty good for that, it was unplayable for me with vsync and this did the trick.

If anyone's interested... I tested the jump at Firelink Shrine when getting back to Undead Asylum: 60 fps - constant fail; 55 fps - fail; 50 fps - success (barely). I now limit the game to 45 fps. It's better than 30 and avoids most of the problems present at 60.

I'm not going to pay money for a glorified patch.

so after couple of months i wanted to play dark souls 1 again.
I downloaded the dsfix and installed everything like all should be.
I could play the game perfectly fine after i started the game for the first time.
But after i exit the game, and start the game a second time, the game crashes.
Idk what causes this to happen.
I play the game on my pc with a ps3 controller linked to it.
I've heard that the game crashes when i have the ps3 controller linked, when you start the game up, but the game even crashes without the controller being plugged in. Can someone help me plz!

This mod sets program's resolution to 1980x1080, but doesn't actualy let me play on that resolution. Alll menus and intros are 1980, but when i get into the game the part of the screen in which the game is takes about 1/6 of the whole screen, and the rest of it is black with hud adjusted as if it all worked propely

Please help me guys! I really want to play this game with dsfix and mouse fix but whenever I download the latest versions of both of them, change the ini file as told by the readme file, the game crashes on load game or the mouse fix doesn't work properly. I can still see my cursor, looking around is choppy and none of the key bidding works! I've watched all the tutorial how to install them properly but it doesn't work.
