1. Unpack your game with UnpackDarkSoulsForModding.
2. Back up your original animation files (if you don't you will be stuck with the mod until you re-unpack the game with UDSFM):
And that's all.
Every single animation of every single character in the game is now completely hecked.
You will no longer have your attacks cancelled by your weapon hitting a wall (to make it less annoying to play).
You will no longer go into a whiff animation on axe R2s, halberd attacks, etc (to make it feel a bit better if you miss a lot)
Oh and, remember not to skip the in-engine cutscenes because they are all really stupid now as well.

- Go to /chr/ folder, backup c0000.esd
- Go to /chr/ folder, sort by file type, backup all *.anibnd files
- Go to /remo/ folder, sort by file type, backup all *.remobnd files
- The backup will be roughly 300 MB if I remember correctly.
