If you never used it before it can be confusing. At the very first startup, you should install the update. After selecting the weapon you want to replace, DSMODT sometimes dosnt let you drag the .dae in. just restart the program then. When saving your project to dark souls, the window often says "not responding". It usually takes a few seconds and it's fine
