I personally cant get it to work as it always crashes cheat engine. I am using cheat engine 6.6 and I am working on my own however I wont be uploading it at all itll just be for me to use. I am trying mcJ0hns0n's way as I find it easier however I sent a comment on whoever posted how to do it without cheat engine and I have everything almost done. I cannot figure out how to change the loot items so that each class when starting picks up the items weapon/shield and pyromancy or bow if need be rather than the base weapons.
Nice mod. If you make another of these will you take suggestions? I have a couple of ideas for starting classes. How about making a DS2 and DS3 set too? I noticed that the weapons you pick up in the Asylum don't change from the base classes. Is it not possible to change these?
I think it would be possible, though I'd have to look into the loot tables since that controls what you pick up. It wouldn't be a big issue really I'd think, just a bit more work to get done.
I could make another one, though I'd rather just make a video showing people how to make their own. I'm going to make a video sometime soon about how to do it and I plan to make it as user-friendly as I can.
Someone should use these custom classes to make a "true deprived class". Level 1, 1 in all stats. Or 0 if that works. I'm trying to do it myself using McJ0hns0n's method, but I suck at it haha.
I tested several custom versions of the very deprived class. One with all stats to 1, then one with 3, 3, 3, 6, 6, 3, 3, 3, then a last one with 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, 7, 6, 5 and I noticed three things so far : - Things get quickly boring (my opinion) below 8 in dex : you do no damage to the enemies. - With 1 and 3 in the stamina stat, the stamina bar wasn't displayed perfectly well (not really bothering) - On all these tries, DEF stats didn't raise when I increased my soul level (real problem)
tl;dr I believe the very-low deprived class has to be done with Cheat Engine stuff. DocSpencer ?
Stats going from 0-10 have extremely lowered scaling for DEF, that's possibly why they didn't change. Maybe adding a small base bit to stamina would help with the stamina issue, or he could get used to having only enough stamina for a single roll or attack lol. Making the club take 1 dex/str to wield would work I guess but he'd still need to level them up ASAP for other weapons.
I was a bit worried you wouldn't like me uploading this so soon after your own came out, I'm glad you're fine with it. I love your Crystallized class I wish I'd thought of it myself lol
Kind of complicated. If you have knowledge of how to use Cheat Engine or how to mod Dark Souls files I can explain to you how either way, if not it would be very hard for me to tell you how to do it.
