1. You need to install DSFix and enable it to replace textures.  For help I suggest looking up the DSFix documentation.  Not my mod so I won't tell you how.

2. You simply add my .png file to the "Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA\dsfix\tex_override" folder.  To remove just delete the file or rename the extension to .pngBAK or something if you want to re-add it later.  DSFix only recognizes .png files as replacements so if you change the extension it won't see the file.  

I wanted to figure out how it worked and this was my test file.  It replaces the default death phrase with something more Twitch appropriate.  I was inspired by the THANKS OBAMA one, hahaha.  I even googled the correct font to use so it looks legit.  

If someone already made this then I apologize for stepping on your toes, just let me know and I'll post a link to your mod on here, or I'll remove mine.
