Changed the xbox buttons to steam controller buttons for dark souls. Based on the official UI from portal 2.

In your dsfix setting make sure to have texture override enabled

Go to your dark souls directory and copy "40fbc4ad.png" into "DATA\dsfix\tex_override"

To uninstall delete the png
