   Save location: Go to: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Darksiders3\Saved\SaveGames then copy the modded save file and overwrite the one in folder.

      I keep getting a "requires the crucible downloadable content" error when trying to load the save. I have the DLC and it's installed but the error still pops up. My copy is from steam and whatever it's current version is.  Is it not compatible?

      If you really have "all" the DLC try to re-install game via Steam? I dont know what else to tell you. Save file was made for the complete version of the game with all DLC

   Sorry, but i dropped the save file into the folder like you said and still can't get a new game with anything different. Did I miss something?

      Weird. You got the legal game, and it is fully updated? 
      
      This is the save loc: C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Darksiders3\Saved\SaveGames
      
      This is a STEAM version BTW

      Yes, just remove your current save from the save D3 folder and place my save into the D3 save folder. Start the game.

      No ID change needed, boy! Just drop it in the DS 3 save folder and play the game.
      
      I see you have a Kratos logo? I also got a GoW save: The most perfect new game save at God of War (nexusmods.com)
